What’s The BEST Diet For Me?

I hate to sound negative, but there is simply no ‘best diet’ in this world. Different diets work for different people.
What may work for you may not work for others, because your lifestyle, tastes and habits are unique to you. If you are unsure, your best bet is to consult a doctor who would be able to offer you sound advice based on your medical history as well as current health.
With that being said. Make sure you follow these steps when searching for the best diet program for you.
- Find a diet that you ENJOY being on. If it does not FEEL like a diet then you will probably stick to it and be successful
- Find a diet that works with your lifestyle. A cookie diet isn’t gonna work for you if you don’t like sweets. A VERY strict meal plan isn’t going to work for you if your always on the run and need to eat out quite frequently
- Run your diet idea past your doctor for approval
- If you feel you must try the latest coolest fad diet follow it EXACTLY and drop it if you don’t see results in the recommended time. After all no point in spending 1 year trying 20 diets only to find that you could have tried 3 and 1 would have been successful and you would have lost all that weight!
