Belly Shock Method – Lose Up To 8lbs In 10 Days

Many people cannot find the time to go running or hit the gym. On top of that most are on the run and eat out at fast food or restaurants many times per week.
The “Belly Shock” method is a slick new way to lose as much as 8lbs in 10 days. The idea of the “Belly Shock” method, is to shock the belly into quick weight loss.
Your Diet – Eat broccoli and black beans. Fiber will be the cornerstone of this diet because they have a large amount of fiber and leave your stomach feeling full. They also will keep you from feeling hungry for quite a long time. They are also inexpensive.
Eat black beans during breakfast and lunch, ½ can. Eat broccoli during lunch and dinner. Frozen broccoli is the easiest and you should eat about ½ bag at both meals.
Exercise- Hindu squats for as little as 5 minutes. This is a simple yet extremely effective exercise to get your bodies fat burning furnace working. You will simply stand with feet shoulder width apart and squat down to almost parallel. No weights and your pace should be pretty fast. You will want to set a goal of doing 100 over a period of time increasing after each day.
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil: Mix 1 tablespoon twice per day into a drink or your broccoli meals.
This diet is not something to be followed for an extended period of time. It is intended for a period of 4-5 days only to lose some quick weight for that special event or party.
